Earn your Internal Empowerment Coaching certificate diploma.

Register with Loyola Marymount University to earn credits toward your Internal Empowerment Coaching (IEC) certificate diploma. Complete all of the courses in the LMU curriculum.

Work with your mentor to become an Internal Empowerment and Leadership Coach.

You’ll coach others one-on-one using the IEC materials and serve as a visiting coach at IEC class sessions selected by your mentor. You’ll complete Leadership Coaching Training and a monthly practicum to demonstrate your competency to an IECAST panel.

Earn your endorsement as an Internal Empowerment Coaching and Leadership Facilitator.

You’ll facilitate 10 IEC classes for groups of 7 to 15 participants under the supervision of your mentor. You’ll complete annual IEC Recertification.

Earn your endorsement as an Internal Empowerment Coaching and Leadership Master Facilitator.

You’ll independently facilitate 10 IEC course sessions for large groups of 15 to 30 students while participating in monthly mentoring. You’ll complete annual IEC Recertification.

Earn your endorsement as an Internal Empowerment Coaching and Leadership Mentor.

You’ll facilitate IEC class sessions for groups of 30 or more participants. You’ll supervise Internal Empowerment Coaching and Leadership Facilitators and mentor Internal Empowerment Coaching and Leadership Master Facilitators.
