We Value Our Partners in Internal Empowerment
We are grateful for our partners, who help us continue to offer Self-Awareness, Soft-Skills Enhancement and other services. Without them, we could not achieve our goals of facilitating internal empowerment in individuals, families, organizations, and communities and paying it forward to extend its reach.
William Glasser Inc.
William Glasser, Inc. is devoted to expanding and maintaining Dr. William Glasser’s ideas and legacy, which has a worldwide following. We join them in this effort to teach Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy, and Lead Management.
We join the organization's efforts in pursuing the above and collaborate with the President of the organization, Carleen Glasser, to provide certification training, based on William Glasser Institutes standards. Our organizations are leading countless people to becoming certified through William Glasser Institute. Additionally, we promote and sell his 21 books and other teaching materials.
Our collective efforts enable us to teach “Choice Theory to The World,” using Internal Empowerment, the practical application of Choice Theory.
Loyola Marymount University Extension in Los Angeles
LMU Extension is an institution dedicated to committing and helping shape society, rather than just studying it.
The institution “…sees opportunities to engage issues of critical importance, inspire new ways of thinking, and advance society as a whole.”
LMU partners with us by offering a 17-unit certificate program as a “Behavior Health Practitioner.” This program is eligible for the Workforce Initiative Opportunity Act (WIOA). This partnership has been in existence for numerous years and is currently being reviewed for the purpose of expansion into coaching in other areas.
Comfort for the Hurting
President Anne-Marie Lockmyer and her company provide comfort for the hurting, through essential training materials, to address Truly Helping Anyone in Grief and a practical guide on how to respond to persons grieving.
The company’s leadership shares its knowledge through public speaking, writing, and working with groups and individuals on grief recovery and healing.
We join forces with Comfort for The Hurting and are producing training, coaching, and academic materials to merge Internal Empowerment and Comfort for The Hurting’s principals and practices. These efforts are negating the negative effects of grieving.
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business
The Department of Defense (DoD) has undertaken an outreach effort to identify small businesses owned and controlled by veterans and service-disabled veterans.
The DoD outreach effort aims to improve prime and subcontracting opportunities for veteran and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, such as Internal Empowerment, Inc. The DoD believes that the sacrifices made by veterans in the service of our country need to be recognized at all levels of government. The Defense Department is committed to making the maximum practicable prime and subcontracting opportunities available to such firms.
Internal Empowerment, Inc. has been verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and added to the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Internal Empowerment, Inc. is eligible to participate in Veterans First Contracting Program opportunities with VA.
